Product feature one:

Patented design with a simple and exquisite appearance; The machine head adopts an integrated design, with no pipelines or joints on the periphery, and fewer faulty nodes, greatly improving the reliability of the product; We can provide users with stable, efficient, and continuous gas power 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The product currently on the market has the simplest appearance, smallest volume, lightest weight, and most stable operation.

Product feature two:

Stable efficiency, consistent gas production, and year-round stability; No pulsation in the exhaust; The slide rotates with the eccentric rotor, and under the action of centrifugal force, it pops out and rotates in a closed manner with the inner wall of the spindle (with a lubricating oil film in the middle). The slide is continuously compressed inward by the inner wall of the cavity, causing the space between the slides to continuously decrease and the gas to be continuously compressed. When the slide is pressed down by the cavity for the shortest time, an exhaust port is set, and the compressed air will be discharged from here, completing the process of air compression.

Product feature three:

The internal design of the machine is a multi-stage maze. Before entering the oil and gas separator, the compressed gas passes through a set flow angle and filters out 99% of the liquid oil in the oil and gas mixture through the collision principle, reducing the processing load of the oil and gas separator core and extending the service life of the oil separator core.

The newly designed oil separator core has a 60% increase in filtration area (compared to similar filters), with a service life of 8000-10000 hours and a maximum filtration accuracy of 1ppm;

Product feature five:

Equipped with a temperature controlled bypass valve with low-temperature protection as standard, it can be customized according to the actual operating temperature of the machine, ranging from 75 to 88 ℃.

Explanation: When the lubricating oil temperature is below 75 ℃, the lubricating oil directly returns to the oil chamber, causing the lubricating oil temperature to rapidly increase; When the temperature reaches 75 ℃ or above, lubricating oil enters the heat exchanger for cooling; This not only prevents emulsification caused by prolonged low-temperature operation of lubricating oil, but also avoids high-temperature tripping faults, ensuring that the machine operates within a reasonable temperature range; When the lubricating oil temperature exceeds 110 ℃, a protective shutdown is performed through a temperature sensor

Immersion Test

Experimental Phase 1

Step 1: Fill the water tank with enough water to submerge the machine;

Step 2: According to the requirements of the motor manufacturer, immerse the motor in water for 30 minutes;

Step 3: Synchronize the host and immerse it in water

Step 4: After the water is discharged, perform 2 hours of natural drying (ambient temperature 17-25 ℃, sunny)

Step 5: Assemble the machine, start and run it

Experiment Phase 2

Step 1: Fill the water tank with enough water to submerge the machine;

Step 2: According to the requirements of the motor manufacturer, immerse the motor in water for 48 hours;

Step 3: Synchronize the host and immerse it in water

Step 4: After the water is discharged, perform 2 hours of natural drying (ambient temperature 18-25 ℃, sunny)

After assembling the machine in step five, open the air cover and no water infiltration was found
